How does getting a Storage Unit Work?

It’s effortless to store with SASP Storage. All we require is to get 3 things done:

  1. Contract - We’ll need to get a signed standard storage agreement done. It’s as simple as filling out your details on one page, with your contact details and some information to complete the contract along with your signature. Please bring your driver's license with you when you fill out the contract to verify your identity. You can either fill out the contract remotely before you come to SASP Storage to pick up your key and card or onsite the day you take over the garage

  2. Deposit - With every storage unit a deposit is required. This covers the key and card you’ll get to access your storage unit and to dealarm it (every garage is individually alarmed, to best protect your possessions). Also, it is to cover a clean garage at the end of your tenancy. The deposit is $200, and when you return the key, card, and a clean garage at the end of your tenancy you’ll receive it back.

  3. The first month of rent - Finally we’ll require your first month of rent paid and you’ll be all good to go.

The deposit and first month of rent, can either be paid in cash on the day you take over the garage or via a bank transfer before you take over the garage.

Once all of this is complete you are ready to store with us and will have full access to your unit 24/7 365 days of the year.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to either send us an email at enquiries@sasp.co.nz or by calling us on 0800 883 773
